The Legacy Clears Another Hurdle
Excited to share that Legacy has received unanimous approval from the City of Duluth Planning Commission.
It’s great to see the City taking an active role in supporting much-needed multifamily housing that serves not only the nearby student and faculty population, but the broader community as Duluth continues to grow and attract new residents. Looking forward to the next phase of bringing this vision to life.
